Review of Parkhotel Matrei

Parkhotel Matrei is a comfortable and spotless place with a pleasant view of the mountains. the modern units feature convenient decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It boasts an overall peaceful environment and is located in an unbeatable spot, close to Innsbruck airport and the hotel's own restaurant.

Location close to both the autobahn, the many ski resorts in the area and Austria. For shots visit Symposium, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel😃😃

Thank you for a pleasant stay. Competent staff, nice views of the mountains, everything is modern. Its location is beautiful and fantastic, just off opposite railway station and a great children's park at the top, beautiful area. Also, I reached an idiosyncratic folk museum, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The restaurant serves excellent Austrian food. The service is great, includes convenient parking.

The stunning location of Parkhotel Matrei is one of its highlights, situated conveniently near a restaurant, the picturesque Wippal valley, and the railway. it's just a pleasant stroll away from Lewes Priory Park. the reasonably spacious rooms feature a comfortable design, making for a delightful stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and is finished to a great standard. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and the staff were excellent. Very accommodating with our pet which was appreciated. Food was great.

One small thing, would be nice to have the menu in English too but we did thoroughly enjoy the Austrian food we had.

The position is excellent and easy to find. Newly refurbished rooms with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge, and with a big sized shower. The personal is multilanguage and very caring, waiting for us at 1 in the night and letting us have the breakfast late.

Very good continental breakfast, but I've seen no alternatives if one would like to have a full english breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay in a spacious triple room, the friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the location was perfect with the Lewes Market Tower just a stone's throw away.

Great location and great hotel staff. Our car had a problem and they all gave us assistance. I recommend this place for a visit to Innsbruck (you can even hop on the train, the station is just across the street).

The hotel has been undergoing refurbishment. Some areas are new, some others still need renovation, but overall everything is fine.

I loved the location of this hotel, right across the train station. The parking was very convenient. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and professional.

You do get a bit of noise from the nearby railway line which I found a bit disturbing in the night. Although we stayed in a non-smoking room, the towels smelled of cigarette smoke.

Limited breakfast options and spotty internet connection detracted from the overall experience. While the breakfast was adequate, there weren't many options to choose from. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was unreliable and required standing in certain areas of the room to maintain a connection.

The hotel had a warm and welcoming feel to it, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the restaurant had a good selection of local dishes, and the food was well, prepared and delicious. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to access the local transportation and nearby attractions.
